Anger Management Workshops
Anger is a natural emotion that is often channeled into destructive and unhealthy behavior. Our six-week Anger Management class for adults teaches how to use anger in more constructive and healthy ways.

Downloads

Topics for the course include:

  • Week 1: What is my anger style?
  • Week 2: What makes me angry?
  • Week 3: Recognizing anger in our bodies
  • Week 4: Expressions of anger
  • Week 5: Using what you have learned
  • Week 6: Putting it all together

Who should take the class?
Participants may be mandated by the courts, referred by lawyers, therapists or family members, or self-referred. Anger Management is especially helpful if:

  • You have trouble at work because of your anger
  • People say you fly off the handle easily
  • Your marriage or relationship is at risk because you argue too much
  • You get aggravated because people don’t act the way you think they should
It is valuable to anyone who wants to learn more about his/her anger style and improve communication at work and home.
