A federal grant www.ed.gov/programs/21stcclc/index.html awarded to the Syracuse City School District helped to create 15 after-school learning centers that focus on academic enrichment and youth development. Contact Community Services provides assistance in developing linkages between the program sites and various community agencies and programs. The learning centers service about 1,400 students.
